As a young man playing football, local businessman Steve Hill, distinctly remembers his coaches strongly urging "you got to move yourself and the ball 'north and south'!!". 

In his youth, it took some time to understand they were teaching him the goal line is sometimes "north" and sometimes "south" on a football field. The game changes directions and so does your goal. So you must always have yourself moving forward in the direction of the goal, "north or south", in order to score successfully. Steve carries this valuable truth with him in life and as a business professional.

In life and business, Steve understands a transcendent constant: priorities and goals change. Sometimes you can get moved two steps back by change, but for Steve, he instinctively looks to progress by moving forward. Understanding this constant in the business world, time and time again, this businessman has succeeded by remaining focused on the priority of moving forward no matter what the challenge is. 

Never Say Never
Steve used to think he would never move from his hometown in Knoxville, Tennessee. His wife certainly never thought she could be happy anywhere else. However, Steve was called to move forward and accept a promotion as Regional Sales Manager for a publicly traded NASDAQ company. Steve and his wife clearly see they should "never say never". This decision to move forward is one of the greatest blessings in their life. The Franklin Tennessee area is now their home and the quality of life you deserve is found with all Middle Tennessee has to offer.

Steve doesn't regret his many years of negotiating success in the corporate arena. However, having bought and sold property in addition to having a custom home built – designing a great majority of its interior, Steve finally coupled his true passion, real estate and the thrill of the negotiation, to serve and help people negotiate in one of the biggest decision of their life. But most of all helping them move forward.

Focus on Family
Born in Knoxville, Steve is a loving family man with a great sense of humor. His wife and best friend, Nicci, will tell you it's one of the main reasons she married him. He is quick to tell you about his family and the great desire to spend more time with them taking in one of the many activities Middle Tennessee has to offer. Both daughters, Lauren and Savannah, play that other football game, soccer. Steve enjoys watching them grow and seeing his natural tendency towards competition come alive in them. They love to compete and have a tenacious desire to win! 

However, when he can break away from a busy schedule, Steve also enjoys the challenging game of golf, not to mention that nothing is better than watching a great game of college football with his friends and family. His girls are beginning to enjoy watching this great game as well. These are the things Steve enjoys most: being a husband to his wife and "dad" to his children, but most of all, just being their best friend.
