Steve is a details guy; every question I had he had a specific answer for and in most cases had already done what I asked. I knew if I called him I would get a return phone call the same day (most times within the hour).
I travel a lot, and Steve was so flexible when it came to showings. Sometimes I would call him the day of and he could still make it happen. He listened to my needs and was aggressive in finding options. I never had to check MLS on my own; because I was confident Steve was filtering every new listing that was a fit for me.
I found a house I loved, but it was a foreclosure. We had some issues with the water pressure and we had to deal with the bank to get it fixed. Steve went through the painstaking process of getting it fixed by checking on it every day until it was finished. And I still got to close on time!
Several times Steve took the 'high road' ethically and informed me of situations that other Realtors would?ve brushed over so they wouldn't lose a sale.
With a market saturated with real estate agents, I wanted one that was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I found that in Steve. I would highly recommend Steve Hill and I will definitely use him in the future.
